In this episode Kaitlyn Clark chats to me from her home in Canada. She tells me some of her life in boxing and how Liam Brerton and his groundbreaking International Sparring camps in Edenderry not only improved her boxing, transformed her into an Elite Canadian champion but also had a monumental impact on her life as a whole.
Grainne Walsh - from Tullamore. For those who don't know the geography - its about a half hours drive. Grainne has just returned from the European Championships in Minsk where she won a bronze medal for Ireland and pushed the silver medalist all the way in their titanic battle. She joins me on this episode to speak a little about the tournament. What the podium is like - about Edenderry and that sparring camp - and her plans for the foreseeable future as the Olympic clock keeps ticking.
